The Belin-Blank Advanced Learner Institute (B-BALI) is a full-day, in-person professional learning opportunity that builds capacity for K-8 educators and administrators in meeting the needs of advanced learners. B-BALI focuses on practical instructional ideas, social & emotional learning, and the unique needs of rural and small-town schools, and the event provides space for networking among participants.
